It is sent to an AI image service to draw the icon and is not stored on our servers, and neither is the result. Your latest icons are kept in your own browser so you can download them again; clearing your browser data removes them.
Can I use an anime character or a pet?
Characters from anime, games and cartoons are a natural fit, since the style keeps hair color and silhouette. Pets can work too, but the style is built around a round face, so results vary more.
What size are the icons?
Every icon is a 1024 × 1024 PNG — square, so it fits the circular and rounded profile picture frames on X, Discord, Slack, GitHub and most other sites.
Why doesn’t my icon look like me?
The style deliberately drops realistic features, so likeness rests on hair, colors and one to three signature details. A clearer photo with those visible usually helps, and generating again gives a different take.
